What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 duffel bags — one squad or one small retail run is a normal order — with volume tiers for teams, gifting programmes and wholesale.
How fast will my duffel bags arrive?

What actually fails on a duffel bag?
The anchor points, and then the base. A duffel has no frame, so everything inside it is carried by the handles and the strap, and on a cheaply made bag that whole load lands on four small patches of body fabric. The webbing never breaks; the fabric tears out around it. Then separately, the base abrades through from the outside because the bag gets put down.
How do I check a bag for that in the shop?
Turn it upside down. If the handle webbing runs under the base and up the other side as a continuous sling, the strap is carrying the load and the body fabric is not. If the webbing stops where it is stitched to the side, the fabric is carrying everything. It takes thirty seconds and it tells you more than any spec sheet.
Is a higher denier fabric the answer?
Only for abrasion, which matters at the base. It does very little at the anchor points, because that failure is fabric being pulled apart at a stitch line rather than worn through. Fix the load path first; then choose the fabric weight for where the bag gets dragged.
Why do you quote dimensions instead of litres?
Because litres are a shape, not a size. A long thin barrel and a short deep one at the same stated capacity carry completely differently and only one of them goes in an overhead locker. We give you length, width, height and the shape, and let you compare bags properly.
Are your duffels waterproof?
The welded roll-top format is. Everything else is water-resistant, and we label it that way. Coating a fabric does nothing about the zip, which is a row of gaps, or the stitch holes, which are thousands of needle punctures. We will not print waterproof on a sewn, zipped bag however common that has become.
Do you make gym bags, backpacks or cooler bags?
No. Gym bags are built around wet kit — lined wet compartments, shoe tunnels and ventilation — and are a different product; so are backpacks, cinch bags and insulated or cooler bags. There are suppliers who do nothing else, and we will point you at one rather than sell you the wrong thing.
